Boiler goulash soup

ingredients

400 g beef or pork 50 g lard 150 g onion 2 KL minced red pepper 2 pk paprika 1 pk tomato 400 g potato 1.5 liters water to taste salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Cut the meat into cubes. Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the minced paprika, chopped pepper, chopped tomato and fry for a while. 2. Then add the meat, season with salt and simmer. Stir and baste with water while simmering. When the meat is tender, add the diced potatoes, pour hot water, season with pepper and cook covered.
