A very simple recipe for a tasty potato dish that even a beginner can prepare.
1.
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into marrows. Boil in salted water and drain.

Fry finely chopped onion in oil and add to potatoes.
3.
Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, add salt and pepper and add to the potatoes.
4.
Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
