Boiled perch po staročesku
Clean the bass, cook in water with grated garlic, salt, onion and cumin, serve topped with melted butter and sprinkled with fried breadcrumbs.

Procedure:
1. Gut, scrape and rinse the perch
2. Take a stick of garlic, break it into cloves, peel them and rub them with salt, just clean the onion from any dirt and rinse it, do not peel it
3. Pour water into a pot, add the cleaned bass, the rubbed garlic, onion and a little cumin, then bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes
4. Take out the cooked fish with a perforated ladle, divide it on plates, pour melted butter over it and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs that you have lightly fried in butter.
Recommendation:
A suitable side dish is a simple potato salad without mayonnaise.
