Cauliflower clean and boil in salted water. Be careful not to overcook it!

Let the cauliflower cool and break it into florets.

Then coat them progressively in flour, in egg beaten in milk, again in flour and in breadcrumbs.
4.
Fry the cauliflower in a frying pan in hot lard or oil so that the cauliflower is sunken. Cauliflower can also be made in a deep fryer for ease.
