Boiled carp po staročesku

Carp porcini cooked in lightly salted water, seasoned with cumin and a teaspoon of chopped parsley, served sprinkled with coarsely grated, fried bun and horseradish, drizzled with lemon juice.

Ingredients:

600 g capers 30 g of butter 1 tsp chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of cumin 1 piece day old bun

Procedure:

1. Place the carp portions in boiling, lightly salted water to which we have added a teaspoon of cumin and a teaspoon of chopped parsley
2. Boil for about 15 minutes, then remove the portions and arrange on a plate
3. Sprinkle the fish portions with coarsely grated and fried breadcrumbs and horseradish, drizzle with lemon juice
4. Finally, pour melted butter over everything.
