/tr>

1.5 l water 1 tsp of cumin 1 tsp of salt

Procedure:

1. Rinse beef front under cold running water, place in boiling salted water and cook slowly until tender
2. If the meat is from an older cut, we must add warm water during cooking to keep it submerged
3. Cut the cooked meat into slices and serve immediately, in this case with warm garlic sauce and boiled potatoes.

Preparation of warm garlic sauce:
1. Pour in 0.75 l of stock or water, whisk with a whisk and boil thoroughly
3. Season the sauce to taste with salt, marjoram and crushed or pressed garlic.

Preparation of boiled potatoes:
1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into larger cubes, rinse them thoroughly again, then drain thoroughly
2. Put the drained potatoes into a pot and pour cold water over them
3. Salt the water, season with cumin and boil for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are soft, then drain the water and serve.

Recommendation:

Portion the cooked meat just before serving, before that keep the meat in the broth.
