Boiled asparagus with butter and lemon juice

Asparagus cooked in water with sugar and salt, served topped with melted butter flavoured with lemon juice and pepper.

Ingredients:

600 g of asparagus 60 g butter juice of half a lemon water pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the asparagus
2. Cut off the woody ends, tie with kitchen thread into bundles 3. Cook in boiling salted water with a little sugar for 15 to 20 minutes
4. Remove the asparagus, dry well
5. Add lemon juice and pepper to the melted butter, pour over the asparagus and serve immediately warm
