Last Updated on
Buns made of yeast dough baked until golden brown, filled with egg spread.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Put about 50 ml of lukewarm milk in a bowl, add egg yolks, crumbled yeast and let the sourdough rise
2. Put the sifted plain flour, the rest of the lukewarm milk, salt, melted butter and sourdough into a bowl and make a smooth dough, which you leave in a warm place to rise
3. In the meantime, prepare the spread; grate the soft salami, cheese and peeled eggs finely, add the mayonnaise and yoghurt, salt and mix well, then put in the fridge
4. Make small loaves from the risen dough, put them on a well-greased baking sheet and let them rise for about 20 minutes, then brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle them thickly with poppy seeds, cumin or crushed dried basil
5. Put them in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake until golden brown (about 15 minutes), then let them cool, cut them open and fill them with the prepared egg spread.
