Blueberry sorbet

This blueberry sorbet is the perfect dessert for summer, it is easy to prepare and very good, a good substitute for the classic strawberry or orange sorbet.

ingredients for 4 parts:
400 g blueberries 150 ml water 100 ml liquid cream 30 g sweetener Juice of one lemon
Preparation:
Put the water and sweetener in a saucepan and put on the heat, then pour over the blueberries.
Then add the lemon juice and liquid cream and mix well and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Then put the blueberry sorbet in an ice cream maker, when the mixture starts to set pour it into cups.
Put a stick in the middle of the sorbet and place in the freezer for 4 hours before serving.
