1 kg potatoes boiled in skin 300 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg 150 g blueberries or other fruit Butter, ground nuts, cottage cheese, sugar, salt

I love sweet lunches.

Crush the boiled potatoes in the skin finely, add flour, egg, salt and make a dough. Roll it out and cut into squares. Place the fruit and a little sugar on the dough.

Shape the balls and put them in boiling water until they float to the top. Then take them out.

While they are still hot, add the butter and sprinkles. Whether it’s cottage cheese,poppy seeds with sugar, ground nuts or cinnamon. I like mine with toasted breadcrumbs. Stir to coat them all
