Steps in preparation of the recipe
1 For the baking you will need a baking tin for 12 cupcakes (available at the market). Grease the baking tray or use paper cupcake tins so that they do not need greasing. 2 Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. 3 In a bowl, mix the sugar and my slo. 4 Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Place in a bowl with the whisked milk, sugar and eggs, pour in the milk and add the vanilla sugar. Crush half a cup of blueberries with a fork and stir into the batter. 5 Wash the remaining blueberries, drain them, sift them lightly with a little plain flour and roll them in the batter. Place a little at a time on the baking sheet. 6 Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry sticks to a skewer when the skewer is inserted into the centre of the cupcake. 7 The recipe is from an American cookbook and the cupcakes are really tasty.
