6 pcs eggs 150 g Rat Sugar 150 ml oil 150 ml water 150 g semi-coarse flour 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda. 4 tsp dark cocoa

7 dl blueberry compote water 2 packets vanilla sugar 2 packets golden cob

Blueberry jam 500 ml whipping cream 2 packets whipping cream stiffener sugar to taste

Fresh dessert for a birthday or for a visitor, tastes great and is very easy to cut.
1.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add oil, mixed flour with cocoa and soda, mix in the snow and bake the dough at 200°C for about 35 min. 30×40 cm.

Spread the jam on the crust, when it is thick, thin it with rum.

Make the blueberry compote and add the juice with water to make a 1 litre content and cook with the golden cob and vanilla to make a thick custard.

Whilst still warm, stir in the blueberries and layer over the cake.

Let cool completely and harden.
6.
Beat the whipping cream, thickener and sugar until stiff and decorate the cake as desired.
