Blueberry crumble

Tip: You can make the blueberry crumble already during the previous baking. It can also be roasted on the barbecue in a foil-lined serving area.
Heat the oven to 180C
So add some blueberries to garnish the dish. Put the other ingredients in a food processor and blitz to a crumbly dough. Season with fresh thyme.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet, about a couple of centimetres wide, and bake until crispy, about 30-40 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a wire rack. When the blueberry crumble is set, crumble the crumbs.
Before serving, heat the pan and add the butter. Toast the blueberry crumble to a crisp, serve and serve with blueberries and custard.
