150 g ground butter biscuits 100 g melted butter 500 g soft cottage cheese 200 g lumpy cottage cheese 1 packet vanilla sugar to taste powdered sugar 1 packet Golden cob 1 cup boiled blueberries

This cheesecake is suitable for any occasion. I made it myself, it’s easy and delicious.

I patted the biscuits and butter into the bottom of the tin.

I poured the mixed curds with sugars and almost all the golden cobs on top. (I saved 1 tablespoon for the blueberry juice.)

I baked at 160 degrees, 60 minutes. After cooling, I piled the cooked blueberries and made the blueberry juice with 1 tablespoon of the golden cob.

Polished and left to set :).
