250 g grated coconut 250 g semi-coarse flour 250 g butter 150 g powdered sugar 1/2 packet of baking powder

Mix together coconut, sugar, butter, flour and baking powder. Work the dough to come together and peel away from the sides of the bowl.
2.
Fill silicone moulds with the dough and place on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees.
