1000 g flour 1 pk egg 50 g fresh mushrooms 150 g lard 100 g onion to taste salt to taste ground black pepper
procedure
1. Prepare the noodle dough from the flour, egg, salt and water. Roll it out, cut it into balls and boil it. 2. Soak the mushrooms overnight, chop them and put them in a stew on top of the grated fried onion. During the stewing, cover them with a little water. 3. Mix the stewed mushrooms with the cooked florets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
