1. Add salt, egg, milk to sifted plain flour with baking powder, whisk well and let stand for half an hour
2. Then fry the dough into thin fritters – fry them only on one side
3. Cover the fried side with a teaspoon of filling (softened butter spread with cheese, egg yolk, icing sugar, a pinch of cinnamon), fold them in half, join the edges with beaten egg white and press well
4. Fry the blinis on both sides until golden brown, dust with icing sugar and serve with sour cream.
