50 g lard 50 g onion 1/2 kg potatoes 1 pk egg 80 g coarse flour to taste ground red pepper to taste water to taste salt
procedure
1. Fry the chopped onion in lard, add the red pepper and chopped potatoes. 2. Stir, pour water, add salt and boil. 3. Mix the flour with the egg. Spoon thin gnocchi into the cooked potatoes and let them cook.
