Blackberry liqueur

ingredients

1 liter blackberries fresh 7 dl vodka 1 kg sugar

step

1.

Fill the bottle with fresh blackberries, sprinkle with sugar, pour in the vodka and cap the bottle. Set aside on a windowsill and leave to infuse for at least 2 weeks. Shake the bottle occasionally while it’s infusing to dissolve the sugar well.

Then strain the blackberries through cheesecloth and store the liqueur in the bottle.
