Recipe from South Bohemia for a real mushroom cube prepared from dried mushrooms, plucked grits and large cabbage.

Procedure:
1. Soak the grits for 2 hours, then rinse them several times and drain in a colander
2. Cook the soaked groats until soft with a bit of fat so they don’t burn, cook the dried mushrooms and cleaned cabbage separately
3. Stir everything together, pour into a greased baking dish and bake in an oven heated to 200 °C
