The cupcake is suitable for any occasion. I got the recipe from my grandmother who was very close to me ❤️
1.
Mix 9 egg yolks with 180g powdered sugar then add 40g cocoa and 40g flour finally stir in the egg whites.
2.
Place the cake on a greased and floured baking tray and bake at 180’C for about 25 minutes.
3.
Cream: boil 3 whole eggs,170g caster sugar and 30g cocoa in a water bath, when the mixture thickens add 250g butter.
4.
Cut the baked dough in half and spread the cream. Decorate as you like
