Tasty and fragrant sandwich for breakfast or just for coffee.
1.
Grease the baking trays with butter and sprinkle with flour.
2.
Cut the raisins, orange zest, lemon zest and cherries into smaller pieces and mix with the sifted flour.
3.
Make the cream by mixing together the melted butter, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest.
Add the egg yolk gradually.
4.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and salt. Add prepared buttercream and mix in raisins, zest and cherries.
5.
Mix everything well and fill the baking tin 2/3 full and level the top layer with a ladle.
6.
Place in a prepared oven at 170°C and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove the loaf from the tin as soon as possible and leave to cool.
7.
Divide the chocolate into thirds. Melt two thirds and break the remainder into smaller pieces, which are finally added to the melted chocolate. Stir until the lumps disappear. Enjoy!
