Filling
750 ml milk 60 g Golden cob 2 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp granulated sugar 60 g butter 100 g icing sugar 1 packet gelatin 250 ml whipped cream 2 packets vanilla sugar

rum, jam, biscuits, bananas, chocolate

For us TOP dessert…

We’ll brew a coffee one for ourselves in the other we’ll dip the biscuits

Separate the egg yolks from the whites

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar

Into the foam

Beat the snow

Add sifted flour, baking powder and snow to egg yolks

Pour onto baking sheet, bake at 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Let cool

From milk, Golden Cob, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 2 tbsp plain flour – cook pudding and let cool

Beat butter with icing sugar

Let the gelatine swell, dissolve at 60 degrees,

Add whipping cream, vanilla sugar and beat

Mix everything together

Drizzle the crust with rum and brush with jam

Pour 1/2 of the filling

Soak the biscuits in the coffee

Place with bananas on top of filling

Place second 1/2 of filling on top and spread

Sprinkle with chocolate
