Bifteky podle Lindström

This recipe has its roots in Sweden.

Ingredients:

600 g of finely ground beef 250 g of potatoes 100 g sterilized beetroot 1 dl of beetroot 2 pc yolks 1 pc onions 2 tbsp of capers ground sweet paprika ground pepper parsley oil salt

Post:

1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and mash well with a fork
2. Mix them with minced meat, egg yolks, cream, spices and salt

– Appendix: Boiled or baked potatoes, sprinkled with parsley and vegetable salad.
