Beskydy celery

ingredients

100 ml milk 850 ml chicken broth 100 g Niva 100 g smoked bacon 1 bunch chives 1 pk sour cream 1 tbsp butter 1 pk onion 2 pk bay leaves 1 pk celery to taste salt to taste pepper a little nutmeg

1. Cut the smoked bacon into cubes and fry it in the pot until pink. Take it out, set it aside and add a tablespoon of butter, the onion, the bay leaf and let it brown. 2. Add the grated celery to the onions, stir and saute. Then add the stock and simmer for about a quarter of an hour. Remove the pot from the stove, remove the bay leaf from the soup and blend it. 3. Add the grated nivea, the cream mixed in milk and the browned bacon. Stir and let it warm up for a while. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a little nutmeg. Serve with toasted rolls or buns. Finally, sprinkle with chopped chives.
