Beskydská bean soup

Sliced beans boiled in broth together with potatoes.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 servings: 80 g of beans 40 g potatoes 4 tbsp milk bone broth pinch of flour majorana pepper ocet water salt

Procedure:

1. Pick, wash and soak the beans overnight in water
2. Boil them in the same water in which we soaked them under a lid until tender, then take them out and let them drain
3. Cut the drained beans into smaller pieces and add them to the broth with the cubes of semi-soft potatoes
4. Pour in the milk in which we have boiled a teaspoon of flour
