Beetroot soup
ingredients
500 g beetroot 1 litre beef broth 50 g lard plain flour lemon juice garlic salt ground black pepper

Clean the beetroot, peel, grate and stew in lard. Add a little flour, pour in the beef stock and cook the beetroot until tender. Strain the cooked soup through a sieve and season with lemon juice, garlic mixed with salt and pepper.
