Beetroot salad full of health. With meat or for dinner.

The quantities of each ingredient are up to your decision and possibilities. Chicory salad is very healthy but has a more bitter taste, so add less. It can be combined with a green salad.

Cook the beetroot in the skin, peel and grate when cooled. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Cube the mozzarella, tear the chicory lettuce into smaller pieces, you can also add lettuce green, it is more crunchy. Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit and cut half of it into cubes.
