Beetroot pancakes

ingredients

500 g beetroot 350 ml rice milk 125 g spelt plain flour 1 KL sugar 1 pinch salt 1 pk egg

step

1. Cook until soft. Drain the water and grate the cooled beetroot. 2. Dissolve the rice milk in the water and put it in a bowl. Add the grated beetroot, flour and egg and mix. 3. Make pancakes with the batter. 4. Fill the pancakes with jam according to taste (I have a proven nutella). Bon appetit!
