Beetroot gnocchi with creamed chicken and mushrooms

6 pcs chicken leg upper 50 g dried mushrooms salt, white pepper, bay leaf 1 pk onion a little ginger (not necessary) oil 250 ml whipped cream 1 tsp mustard 1/2 pk lemon juice 50 g butter 1 tbsp plain flour

1 pk cooked beetroot 300 g hl.flour 1 pk egg mineral water salt

Excellent tasty one for autumn lunch

Halusky. Grind the cooled beetroot into flour, add salt, egg and mineral water according to the thickness of the batter.

Toss the strawberries into boiling salted water until they are on top of the water. Wash them.

Meat: Saute onion in oil along with grated ginger. Then add the salted and seasoned meat to coat. Cover with water and simmer.

After 15 min. add mushrooms and simmer until tender. Stir 1 tbsp of flour and mustard in the cream and stir to thicken the sauce

Finally, set aside, add the cube of butter and lemon juice.
