Beetroot fried Kiev style

Baked small beets cut into slices, coated in a batter of flour and eggs and then in breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of smaller beetroot 2 pcs of eggplant 90 g smooth flour 2 tbsp vinegar

breadcrumbs for coating frying fat pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Bake the cleaned beets on a baking tray, bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C, peel the roasted beets
2. After half an hour, dry the beetroot rounds in a paper towel and lightly salt them again
4. Dip in a batter made of flour and eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil.

Recommendation:

Serve the beets prepared in this way with potatoes or mashed potatoes.
