1 pk beetroot 3 cloves garlic 4 tbsp plain flour 200 ml cream to taste vinegar, salt, pepper, broth, sugar
step
Fry the grated beetroot in lard. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the stock. Cook the beetroot until tender. Blend the soup, add the stock. Season with vinegar, sugar and pepper. Finally, add the cream.
