Beers on beer

The sausage is again a bit differently prepared, with ketchup, mustard and black beer.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the peeled onion into thin half-circles
2. Cut the sausages lengthwise, spread one half with full-fat mustard, the other half with mustard, insert the onion and press the halves together
3. Place the sausages in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining onions, drizzle with ketchup and pour black beer over them
4. Place the dish in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread.
