Beer Soup Old Bohemian

An old Bohemian recipe for white soup made from light beer, cream, sugar and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 l of light beer 7° 1/4 lcreamer 33% 40 g butter 3 pcs /td> yolks cinnamon stick a bit of plain flour a pinch of salt

Procedure:

1. Add sugar, a piece of whole cinnamon, butter, a pinch of salt to the beer and bring to a boil
2. When it starts to boil, add 1 tablespoon of plain flour dissolved in cream and egg yolks and let it thicken while stirring
3.
