Beer rolls in coconut

200 ml beer 150 ml oil 1 packet baking powder 450 g plain flour
Sirup
200 ml water 150 g granulated sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar

jam for filling coconut for coating

Mix flour with baking powder. progressively add beer, water and knead the dough.

On a floured board, roll the dough into a circle. Then cut the dough into triangles. Put a little jam in the middle of each and roll up.

Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the syrup: put the water to heat on a plate. Add the granulated sugar and vanillin sugar and stir well to dissolve.

Lightly dip the baked rolls in the syrup and roll in the coconut.
