Beer pancakes with smoked salmon

ingredients

Cesto:

150 ml milk 250 ml beer 175 g plain flour 1 pk egg 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 KL parsley

Filling:

40 g cream cheese 200 g smoked salmon

In a bowl, mix milk, beer, egg, plain flour and knead into a smooth dough. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Bake the pancakes in hot oil in a frying pan and let them cool down.

Then brush with cream cheese and fill with slices of smoked salmon. Roll them up and serve.
