Beef with pineapple

Marinated beef cubes, roasted and smothered with pineapple chunks. Recipe from the Pacific.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the beef, wash, dry, cut into equal sized cubes, salt and pepper
2. Drain the pineapple juice into a large bowl, mix with the soy sauce, grated garlic, add the chopped meat and let rest for 2 hours
3. Brown the meat on all sides in hot oil, add a little broth, cover with a lid and simmer until tender
