Beef stew with dark chocolate and beans

150 g white beans 400 g beef 2 pcs onion a little oil 1 tbsp ground red pepper 1 pinch of chilli pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tin peeled tomatoes 2 tbsp paprika paste 50 g good quality dark chocolate to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Wash the beans, cover with cold water and leave to stand in a cool place. Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil in a saucepan. Add the diced meat and fry everything together until the meat releases its juices. 2. Add the minced red pepper, add water, drained beans and cook everything on low heat for about 40 minutes. Then add peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika paste, cumin and chili powder to taste. 3. Cook until the meat is tender and finally add the broken chocolate to the pot.
