Beef steak with mushrooms

1. Heat a thick-bottomed frying pan with a little oil. Season the meat on both sides with salt but do not season! Place it in the pan, which will already be smoking a little. The meat is done from 2-4 minutes on each side but turn it every 20 seconds. 2. When the meat is done we can season it. Drain the pan of oil, add a slice of butter and sliced mushrooms. Fry them, season with salt and pepper and serve.
