Beef steak with mushroom sauce

ingredients

800 g beef tenderloin to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil 300 g fresh mushrooms 1 pk onion 1 crucible whipping cream

procedure

1. Wash the beef tenderloin, pat dry and cut into slices about 3 cm thick. Do not pat the meat, just push it around a little with your hands. Season with salt and pepper and sear on both sides in hot oil. 5 minutes on each side should be enough for the medium. 2. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onion in a pan in hot oil. Add the mushrooms, cut into smaller pieces, and saute over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and soften with whipping cream. The sauce is ready and so is the meat.
