700 g front beef 300 g back beef 50 g beef liver 1 pk spike bone 50 g carrot 1 pk leek 1/2 pk kohlrabi 1/2 pk celery 1 pk onion 1 pk garlic cloves 1 pk cloves to taste salt

1. Put 2,5 l of water, salt and meat in a pot. Place on the fire and skim off the foam until the soup starts to boil. Then bring to a slow boil. Add the chopped Vegetable Recipes to the meat with the garlic, onion, in which we have stuck a clove. 2. Wrap the spike bone in cheesecloth, place in the soup an hour before the soup comes to a boil. The whole cooking takes 3,5 hours. Strain the soup and serve coloured with a few drops of caramel. Serve as a clear broth.
