Beef soup with poured dough

ingredients

1/2 liter beef broth 80 g coarse flour 1 dl milk 1 pk egg a little salt 1 pk carrot 1 pk celery

step

1. Boil (pour) the batter through an inverted coarse grater or using a cheesecloth bag with a thin tube, directly into the boiling stock and cook for about 4 minutes. 2. Stir lightly occasionally during cooking. Remove the cooked dough with a colander. Add the grated Vegetable Recipes to the broth to cook. Finally, pour the broth over the noodles and garnish as desired.
