Beef soup with fridata noodles

1/2 litre beef broth 50 g coarse flour 1 pk egg 6 cl milk a little salt 80 g oil a little parsley
procedure
1. Beat the egg thoroughly in the milk, add a little salt and stir in the flour. Bake the prepared thin batter into thin pancakes on a hot greased griddle. 2. Cut the baked pancakes into 4 cm wide strips, stack them on top of each other, cut into 3 to 5 mm wide slices and fry in hot oil until golden. Add the fridata noodles to the individual portions just before serving.
