Beef soup with dumplings

300 g beef 1 pk onion 1 pk carrot 1 pk parsley 1/4 pk celery a little salt a little black pepper a little parsley

1. Wash the beef, place in a pressure cooker, add the Vegetable Recipes, black pepper and salt, cover with cold water and cook until tender. 2. Mix the butter with the egg yolk, season with salt and pepper, add the sliced bun, soaked in milk, finely chopped parsley, lightly stir in the egg white and thicken with breadcrumbs if necessary. Use a spoon to cut out pieces, roll out the dumplings in your hand or on a board dusted with flour and immediately drop them into the boiling meat stock. Cook for about 5 minutes. 3. Cut the meat into pieces, chop the Vegetable Recipes into slices, throw into the soup and season with finely chopped parsley.
