2 litres water 25 dkg beef 50 dkg bone 20 dkg root Vegetable Recipes 5 dkg onion to taste salt, nutmeg, parsley

1. Cut the beef into small pieces and place in salted water to boil. Cook the bones separately with the onion and the parsley. When the meat is almost tender, add the chopped Vegetable Recipes in small pieces and boil together. 2. Strain the decoction from the bones into the soup, add some grated nutmeg and chopped parsley. You can boil the pasta in the finished soup.
