Beef soup from the pressure cooker

ingredients

1/2 kg beef 1,5 liters water 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 clove garlic 1 pk onion 5 pk whole black pepper to taste salt

procedure

1. Pour water into a pressure cooker, put the washed meat, add salt, cleaned Vegetable Recipes, garlic, onion, pepper and cook on medium heat for 50-60 minutes. 2. Then open the pot, turn off the heat, let it cool down and see if the meat is already tender. Especially with beef, the length of cooking varies depending on whether the meat is from a young or old animal. 3. Strain the cooked soup, put in the separately cooked pasta or insert and boil. 4. Serve the meat cut into batches with gravy, horseradish or Vegetable Recipes.
