Beef soup from Benešov
Recipe from Benešov region for beef meat broth with eggnog.

Procedure:
1. Slowly boil the meat in salted water with the spices, about 80 minutes, until tender
2. Towards the end of the boil, add the cleaned and sliced root Vegetable Recipes to the soup and cook until tender
3. Take out the meat, cut it into smaller cubes and put it back from the soup
4. Beat the egg whites into snow, stir in the flour, mace, egg yolks and parsley, add salt to the mixture
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 5 minutes, until golden brown
6.
