Beef soup from Benešov

Recipe from Benešov region for beef meat broth with eggnog.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 500 g of prime beef

. 120 g carrots 50 g celery 1.5 l water 5 pcs spice balls 5 pcs of whole peppercorns

Procedure:

1. Slowly boil the meat in salted water with the spices, about 80 minutes, until tender
2. Towards the end of the boil, add the cleaned and sliced root Vegetable Recipes to the soup and cook until tender
