ingredients

500 g beef 750 g potatoes 150 g onions 150 g carrots 50 g tomato puree 50 g butter to taste salt a little pepper

1. Cut the meat into chunks, fry, mix with the onion fried in butter, add the diced carrots and tomato puree and fry for another 5-6 min. 2.
