Beef Soljanka

Back beef, sautéed with onions and simmered in a broth of tomato puree, water and wine.

Ingredients:

500 g of back beef

. 2 pcs small sterilized cucumbers 2 pcs onions 1 pc garlic cloves 1 dl natural white wine 4 tbsp

td>oil 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 tbsp smooth flour salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the blanched meat into fries and fry it in hot oil along with finely chopped onions
2. Sprinkle with flour, fry, add tomato paste, peeled and sliced cucumbers, garlic, salt, wine and simmer under a lid until the meat is soft

Recommendation:

Serve with fresh bread.

Note:

Soljanka is also a soup from Ukraine and Russia! Of course, it has a thinner consistency (not thickened with flour) and is served with bread.
