Beef Slices Greek Style
Meat patties sauteed with onion, garlic, tomato puree, eggplant and wine.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Rinse the blanched meat, pat dry, cut into 4 slices, pat dry, salt, pepper and fry in hot oil (they should have a crust on the outside but still be almost raw on the inside)
2. Add the peeled, finely chopped onion, peeled, chopped garlic cloves to the oil, fry briefly so that the garlic does not burn
3. Then add the tomato puree, pour in the red wine and simmer briefly
